Who We Are

Welcome to China’s SAP User Group, the world’s latest and newest independent community of SAP customers and providers.

The SAP market is growing rapidly in China. Since more than 10 years many Western companies with entities in China are implementing or have implemented SAP. Next to this, more and more Chinese companies are using SAP solutions. In China there is a growing demand for localizing processes and functions. In many countries SAP user groups exist as a platform for SAP users to support amongst others these localizing requirements. Until recently this did not exist in China, therefore a SAP user platform is founded in China. ACSU will be the “Association for Chinese SAP Users”. ACSU is an independent, user-driven organization, being a platform for SAP users in China to interact with each other and with the wider SAP community of SAP China, universities and implementation partners. The members of ACSU can share a wealth of experience and best practice to support and fully use the functionality which SAP offers. Furthermore ACSU will channel user- feedback to SAP and will give direction for further developments.

Information exchange within the SAP customer community is one of the main scope of the ACSU. To achieve this the ACSU set up the following structure:

What We Do

We will do our best to make you proud of belonging to the one and only SAP customer community in China. Here is an overview of activities we provide to our members and partly as well to non-members: 

Special Interest Groups (SIGs): Here you will meet other SAP customers of the same industry, who are interested in the same business process and who are using the same SAP product or technologies.

Chapters provide geographically local touch points and regular opportunities for members to network and share information and best practices. ACSU starts with the Chapter East China, located in Shanghai, and will further expand to North China (Beijing) and later to South China (Guangzhou).

Influence: China’s SAP customer community is directing their demand of software functionality directly to SAP. ACSU is formalizing this requirement and influences SAP with the ‘Voice of the customer’ for local Chinese-tailored solutions.

Events: With different types of events such as General & Chapter events such like “Special Interest days” or “Technology days”, educational/training events and an annual conference we give you multiple possibilities for networking and meeting experienced SAP customers using and implementingthe same solutions you are.

eNewsletter: With our quarterly eNewsletter we inform you regularly about new events in your area, about newest SAP software developments, information of other internationally SAP user groups and news around the SAP company and ACSU community.
