Reformatting spool reports or background reports from SAP in to Excel or other PC formats such as PDF or HTML could sometime be a very lengthy and expensive process. In some cases it may require hiring specialist ABAP skills to achieve simple tasks such as:
1. Creating a formatted report for end-users with their data
2. Emailing or Archiving these formatted reports by an overnight process
3. Creating professional looking documents with logos, barcodes, OMR, watermarks, etc in PDF
