ACSU company membership

Members of the Chinese SAP User Group ACSU can be legal entities and organizations who are using SAP software solutions. Single persons cannot become a member.

The final decisions about the acceptance of membership is done by the Management Board.

Contact person for all ACSU issues in your company

Every member company has to define a central contact person. This person is handled as the administrative contact, he will be contacted for all legal issues regarding the ACSU membership and is the recipient of the membership invoice.

The contact person has special authorizations in our ACSUNet – our website member area. The contact person will be able to maintain up to 8 user names and access codes for the company’s SAP users, especially create, change and delete users.

Rates for ACSU membership 2010

Membership in the ACSU is linked to a membership fee per calendar year. The rates are divided into the subsequent categories:

• Corporate membership: CNY 1.500 (up to 8 individual members)
  
   (Companies who installed an SAP solution, public institutions,
     Research & Education departments at publicly funded institutions
     of higher education and universities of applied sciences)
  
  
•  Associate membership: CNY 3.000 (up to 8 individual members)

              (Third Party SAP vendors, hardware, software, network 
               producers, Training and Consulting Companies, other
               service providers)

•  “Potentials” & trial membership: free (1 person for 6 month)

               (Corporate companies who are using or planning to
                 start using SAP)

The amounts specified are valid until a resolution is passed at the General Meeting to change them.

Just download the ACSU membership application form in this page, fill in the form, let it sign by your central contact person (department manager or Financial Manager), chop it with your company chop, and then fax and send it to our office. We will contact you immediately after receiving your application form.
